Creative Arts and Wellbeing
Kimberley's creative workshops are all about play, fun and the exploration of voice and songs. They're inclusive of all and available to any musical levels and ages. She uses a range of games and a wide repertoire of songs which invite you to explore your voice through play, singing, rounds and harmony.
Kimberley works with Creative Arts East, SYHO, Britten Pears Arts, and Suffolk Artlink amongst others. She uses accessible approaches to song, melody and lyric writing. Sometimes you'll dive into the percussion box and sometimes you may just sing about important things like what you had for breakfast or your favourite flavour crisps!
Kimberley creates these wonderful sessions to bring people together. They aim to reduce loneliness, enhance wellbeing, improve mental health and offer fun for people of all levels of experience with music and singing.
These sessions can be delivered in care homes including for people living with dementia. As well as primary, secondary and special education schools, community outreach programmes, Actihospitals, hospices and social events.
