Sing Your Heart Out (SYHO)

These workshops are free and open to anyone over 18. No auditions are required.

The sessions are in: Great Yarmouth - Monday morning 10:30-12:30 Sheringham - Monday afternoon 2-3:30 Hingham - Tuesday afternoon 2-3:30 Norwich - Wednesday afternoon 2-3:30 King's Lynn - Thursday afternoon 2-3:30

Sessions run during term time with a few in the summer. I'll put the ones I'm leading up on my workshop listings.

NEW - Folky fun pop. Herb women sing of the things we encounter in nature. Kimberley Moore, Johanna Herron, Mary van Beuningen & Kizzy

Kimprovise

Musical walkabout act where Kimberley roams around with a guitar, ukulele and a small assortment of things that make sounds. Mini workshops with improvised interaction using the people's creativity and materials. It may involve a loop pedal and a little speaker.

Participate

I am one of the artists on the Participate Project with Britten Pears Arts in Suffolk.

Tale Collectors

Kimberley Moore, Rob Gildon, Caroline Speca, Charly Jolly and Steph Wakeman take real-life stories from the Suffolk community and weave them together to create a thought-provoking performance filled with poignancy, sensitivity, and laughter. The Tale Collectors is a group of professional artists who facilitate community workshops at Britten Pears Arts.

Clown Doctors

Kimble Curly has been working as a Hospital Clown for Suffolk Artlink on their Clown Round Project since 2014. Currently the project needs some more funding to run.

With a team of Clowns including Dr Fidget, Dr Mischief, Dr Dizzy Day Dream, Dr Dot-to-Dot and Dr Plop, they always attend as a pair.

Therapeutic or Healthcare Clowns are professional artists with experience and training in clowning and person-centred participatory arts. As they do their rounds and visits they aim to bring moments of joy, delight and distraction to people of all ages and abilities.

Kimble Curly can bring smiles and a positive change to wellbeing and the immediate environment for children and vulnerable adults, including people living with dementia, people in hospital care or care homes. Also perfect for anyone who isn’t any of these things but you feel may still benefit from meeting these silly, sensitive Clowns.

Musical duo Alfie Carpenter and Kimberley Moore were the resident musicians with Gossamer Thread Shows. With musical, lyrical characters full of puns, harmony and bizarre adorable madness, featuring characters such as Vile Ian and Concert Tina (a man-sized violin and a life-size female squeeze box), Poor Celine and Way'n' Scales (a woman dressed as a china cup and ... a set of weighing scales), and Tweedle Thumb and Tweedle Knee.

Ukulele Elves

2011- 2023: The Elves had a Tinsel-Tastic repertoire of Christmas classics, and they've given many well-loved favourites their own special twists: Jingle Bells with a hip-hop finale, anyone?

These minstrelling musical marvels have previously entertained at many primary schools, including Arden Grove, Erpingham, Bignold, Astley and Reepham, in assemblies, dinner canteens and classrooms, surprising the children!

They have also been guests at many Christmas light switch-ons, strumming and singing around the local streets of towns, cities and shopping malls.

Office parties are also a great place to hire these cheeky crimbo crackers!

Their banter and daft sense of fun encourages audiences to sing along and get involved. The Ukulele Elves are absolutely guaranteed to add a sprinkling of Christmas cheer and seasonal silliness to any gathering or event!

2017 - 2022: Walkabout, comic, musical, aesthetically pleasing and interactive act that's a bit - well, bananas!

With a ukulele or two, this ripe ol' cheeky bunch have a tip top repertoire of harmonised and improvised musical treats which blend together like a refreshing smoothie.

Throwing some moves and shapes, fruity puns and interactive fun - even if it's from a distance.

Come say "Yellow" if you spot these promenading potassium performers!
